All USA orders receive free standard shipping.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
International orders will incur shipping costs.
- All USA shipments are typically shipped within 48 hours (excluding photo watches which takes 5 - 10 business days) and should be delivered within 3 - 5 business days from the date order is shipped.
- International orders typically ship within 2 business days and may take up to 15 business days to deliver.
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Personalized Custom Picture Watches
- This watch is a custom order and ships from our overseas warehouse, so please allow 5 - 10 business days for your orders to be completed.
International Orders
- We are not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
- Please note that we do not accept returns on any engraved items.
- For non engraved items: A refund or exchange request is available within 30 days after receiving the item and only if returned in the same condition as received. Shipping costs are non refundable.
- Shipping charges for manufacturer related defects will be covered by us. Please review the link below for warranty information related to manufacturer defects, learn more here.
- Shipping charges for any non manufacturer related defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.
